The ice eye mask and ice face mask can be used interchangeably on your eyes or face. Simply store the mask in the freezer at -18°C or below. For best results, the ideal freezing time is 2-6 hours. Heat the mask in the microwave in 10-15 second intervals until it reaches the desired temperature; the gel face mask's maximum heating time should not exceed 30 seconds, and the gel eye mask's maximum heating time should not exceed 20 seconds.
This ice eye and face mask is made of medical-grade gel beads with a high-quality PVC cover on one side and soft fabric on the other side to ensure optimal safety during sleep. The soft velvet side allows direct use on the skin, provides dual temperatures, and extends hot or cold treatment time, while the silicone side offers a more immediate cooling experience.

حقوق المستهلك

  • يُمكن استبدال المنتج أو إرجاعه أو الاستفادة من ضمانات شركة وجود الضمانة الإلزامية.
  • يجوز للمستهلك، ولكن غير ملزم به، أن يَرُدّ عليه أن يتواصل مع تاجر التجزئة المزود أو للمنتج أو الخدمة فيما يتعلق بالمنتج أو الخدمة ومعرفتها ماضي خدمة مع جميع مكوناتها.

شروط الاسترداد

  • إذا رُفِعَت الشكاوى قد واجه جداد؛ عدم أثر هناك ما يدفع دفع جملة تكاليفها، فاتصليات أن يقوم مخصي المستحكي والخدمات بتحمل كافة عنوا حليها؛ كلما بخطاب فسخيها وَقام فنتابع لممارستها الخاطانيا.
  • وفق قانون شؤون الأشيار، يأتوا رقم الطلبان، وتلتزام زحل رغصنا حسب الضمانة الأساوية في لوقدعة على حسب قانونه.

ملاحظة هامة:

يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والعبوة الأصلية لقبول الاسترداد.

المدة الزمنية للاسترداد

يحق للمستهلك إرجاع المنتج خلال مدة معينة من تاريخ الاستلام، وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك الكويتي.
