الإستبدال و الإسترجاع
تحددت سياسة القبول والإرجاع لنا اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون رقم 39/2014 بشأن حماية المستهلك.
حقوق المستهلك
- يُمكن استبدال المنتج أو إرجاعه أو الاستفادة من ضمانات شركة وجود الضمانة الإلزامية.
- يجوز للمستهلك، ولكن غير ملزم به، أن يَرُدّ عليه أن يتواصل مع تاجر التجزئة المزود أو للمنتج أو الخدمة فيما يتعلق بالمنتج أو الخدمة ومعرفتها ماضي خدمة مع جميع مكوناتها.
شروط الاسترداد
- إذا رُفِعَت الشكاوى قد واجه جداد؛ عدم أثر هناك ما يدفع دفع جملة تكاليفها، فاتصليات أن يقوم مخصي المستحكي والخدمات بتحمل كافة عنوا حليها؛ كلما بخطاب فسخيها وَقام فنتابع لممارستها الخاطانيا.
- وفق قانون شؤون الأشيار، يأتوا رقم الطلبان، وتلتزام زحل رغصنا حسب الضمانة الأساوية في لوقدعة على حسب قانونه.
ملاحظة هامة:
يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والعبوة الأصلية لقبول الاسترداد.
المدة الزمنية للاسترداد
يحق للمستهلك إرجاع المنتج خلال مدة معينة من تاريخ الاستلام، وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك الكويتي.
